We've had a record-breaking warm spell this spring, and it has been SO nice!!! Of course we've also had record-breaking flooding, but we'll just take what we get, I guess. We weren't affected too much by the flooding. We live on a bit of a hill, so our house was fine. Paul did have to take a different route to work because of closed roads, so his commute was a little longer, but that's not much to complain about compared to what others in our own community have experienced.
But this spring really has been nice. We had a very warm Easter weekend, which we enjoyed by heading to a nearby garden, where the spring flowers were in bloom. We had a fun breakfast on Easter morning, and then we let the girls go out and hunt for their eggs. They had a fantastic time, of course! We did have the usual tantrums relating to sugar-highs, but over-all we had a great day! We had Easter dinner with some friends from our ward, and watched the last session of General Conference together. Good times.
So here are the latest in pictures. Adam is still a very big boy, as I'm sure the trend will be. He's over 18 pounds now. He does not look like a 5 month old. He's rolling over, and he has 2 teeth. They showed up a few weeks ago, and were discovered while I was nursing him, unfortunately. He was pretty uncomfortable for a few days, and his hands were constantly in his mouth, and he slobbered like crazy, but that's all settled down now.

Searching for eggs in our forest. Paul and Samantha made a trail through the forest land on our property. The girls love it. It goes from the sandbox to the swing set. These kids are so lucky to have this awesome backyard!
I buried their chocolate bunnies in the sandbox. It was awesome. They loved it.
The girls with all their loot. They each ended up with the same amount of eggs because we wrote their initial on the eggs that were for each person. It worked out great. They loved looking for the "s" or the "a".

We went to the fire station a couple weeks ago with the girls and moms from Samantha's preschool group. Anna was very nervous - she does not like loud noises. But they had a great time, and they got these jr. fire fighter hats, which they wore for a couple days after.
